Le marché constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande, mono attributaire, passé en procédure adaptée en application des dispositions des articles R. 2123-1, R. 2131-12 2°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique, sans indication de montant minimum et dans la limite d'un montant maximum de 210 000 euro(s) HT (tous postes confondus).Le marché est décomposé en 3 postes définis comme suit : Poste 1 - Prestations forfaitaires de fourniture, installation, intégration du logiciel et formation Poste 2 : Prestation forfaitaire de maintenance applicative et assistance des utilisateurs Poste 3 - Prestations complémentaires sur bons de commande (licences et développements supplémentaires, formations...)
